Pet Ash Preservation Terms

Pre-determined Orders:

To ensure the best preservation outcome, all pet ash preservation orders must be pre-determined in advance.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering to initiate the preservation process. This deposit goes directly towards your total.

Remaining Payment:

The remaining 50% of the total order amount is due upon pickup of the preserved item. We'll notify you when your pet's ashes have been preserved and are ready for collection, at which point the balance payment will be required.
