Wedding Bouquet Preservation:

Booking Deposit:

To reserve your preservation date, a $150 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your total order cost.

Pre-determined Pieces:

Please discuss and confirm the pieces you wish to preserve with us in advance of your booking.

Minimum Order Requirement:

Wedding bouquet preservation orders have a minimum requirement of $500. If your order falls below this threshold, we're happy to discuss your needs and vision. Please reach out to us for personalized assistance.

Turnaround Time:

Orders typically have a turnaround time of 4-6 months. We appreciate your patience as we delicately preserve your cherished memories.

Pet Ash Preservation:

Pre-determined Orders:

To ensure the best preservation outcome, all pet ash preservation orders must be pre-determined in advance. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and arrange services.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering to initiate the preservation process. This deposit reserves your place in our schedule and covers initial processing costs.

Remaining Payment:

The remaining 50% of the total order amount is due upon pickup of the preserved item. We'll notify you when your pet's ashes have been preserved and are ready for collection, at which point the balance payment will be required.

Memorial Floral Preservation:

Pre-determined Orders:

Memorial floral preservation orders must be pre-determined in advance. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and schedule preservation services.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation in our preservation schedule and covers initial processing costs.

Remaining Payment:

The remaining 50% of the total order amount is due upon completion of the preservation process. We will notify you when your preserved floral arrangements are ready for pickup or delivery, at which point the balance payment will be required.

Bereavement Discount:

We offer a 25% bereavement discount on Memorial Preservation orders totaling $200 or more to support you during this difficult time.

Custom Orders:

Pre-determined Orders:

Custom preservation orders require pre-determination. Please contact us to discuss your vision and requirements.
